Shoulder Rehab - Rotator Cuff and Scapular Control
Shoulder injuries can vary hugely in their degree of severity and chronicity. Rehab procedures need to be very specifically tailored for best results. As a rule, I recommend starting with exercises that may be too easy, rather than risk aggravating the injury with movement that a patient is not yet ready for. However, shoulder rehab must be progressive. The best exercise from 4 weeks ago is unlikely to be the best exercise for now, provided you are having treatment and improving.
